Panchakarma, meaning ‘five actions,’ is a traditional Ayurvedic cleansing treatment involving vomiting (Vamana), purgation (Virechana), medicated enemas (Kashaya Vasti and Sneha Vasti), and nasal therapy (Nasya).
Shodhana Chikitsa (Body Purification)
