The vast majority of our clients begin the planning journey 6-12 months in advance. This window offers sufficient time to plan the itinerary, secure the best rates, and conduct promotional activities to encourage students to sign-up.
However, as an agile partner with strong destination expertise & local networks, we are also happy to assist you with programs that have shorter (2 - 6 month) planning windows.
